Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing box.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
